Are you actually qualified?

Yes — we’re an AAT-Approved Practice (licence 1007133). All work is overseen by qualified accountants with twelve-plus years of UK practice experience.

How does switching from my current accountant work?

We do all the heavy lifting. We send a professional clearance letter to your existing accountant, request the records, and onboard you in under two weeks. You don’t have to have an awkward conversation.

What software do you support?

We are certified partners for Xero and QuickBooks Online, and we work routinely with FreeAgent, Sage, Dext and Hubdoc. If you’re not on cloud yet, we’ll migrate you for free as part of onboarding.

Are your fees really fixed?

Yes. We agree a fixed monthly or annual fee at the start, in writing, based on the size and complexity of your business. No timesheet billing, no surprise invoices.

Do you handle Making Tax Digital (MTD)?

Every package is MTD-ready. We handle digital VAT submissions today and we’ll have you compliant for MTD for Income Tax well before the staged rollout dates affect you.

Where are you based and do you only work locally?

Our office is in Hayes, west London — but most of our clients are spread across the UK. We work primarily over secure cloud tools and video calls, with in-person meetings when they’re useful.

What if HMRC writes to me?

As your appointed agent, we get copied on HMRC correspondence. Routine notices and queries are handled at no extra cost. Full investigations and enquiries are quoted separately and we offer optional fee protection insurance.
